The strips with a male and female connector are suitable for connecting multiple strips together. The female connector connects to the light or cable before it and the male connector at the other end will connect to the next light strip in the chain. This is the choice of strip if someone wishes to extend their existing lighting kit. Note: These come with magnetic adhesive strips in the pack.
